Wendy Fuller
Wendy has spent much of her career in the hospitality industry, where she initially worked in a number of operational and management roles, before becoming reponsible for managing Catering and Assessor training programmes. Wendy identified and introduced a number of changes to the programmes which saw candidate numbers increase by 400%.
Wendy then worked as an industry consultant, delivering a number of training programmes to the catering industry, and providing advice on operational issues to companies across Europe, before moving into the education sector to work for Scolarest where she was responsible for 19 contracts in the East of England.
More recently, Wendy has spent nine years developing her knowledge and skills as a high school teacher where she helped to prepare young people for their eventual careers.
Wendy lives in Milton Keynes with her dog, Ellie and 2 cats and spends as much time as possible with her adored Grandchildren.
She is committed to assisting people to realise their potential and goals while at the same time achieving a work / life balance.

Valerie has a BA (Hons) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Studies. She is a member of the CIPD and CIM.
