Mark Tonks
Mark joined LMI-UK in January 2001 after 20 years at senior management level in sales and marketing positions of global corporations. In 2003 he was appointed LMI-UK Business Development Manager, a post he retained for four years, and was responsible for the training and development of Company Directors.
Mark has extensive experience in all aspects of business leadership including in sales and marketing, team leadership, and organisational leadership in industries that include banking and finance, insurance, media, recruitment, engineering, IT, telecoms, and the public sector. He has also coached sports people at senior management level.
Mark regularly hosts leadership events and seminars (listed below) and
frequently gives key note presentations on the subject of leadership at
conferences and award ceremonies.

Chris Williams
Chris has over has 30 years of business experience covering Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing. After studying engineering Chris worked in Germany to develop his skills in the German Automotive Industry.
On his return to the UK Chris embarked on a very successful sales and marketing career and in 1990 created what became a multi-million pound company supplying Productivity Improvement Solutions internationally to the Apparel, Automotive, Furniture, Textile and Technical Textile Industries.
Business leaders are under immense pressure to improve efficiencies’ and increase sales and profits in the face of stiff competition. At the same time they need to lead their team and develop future strategies for their business which takes a huge amount of time and commitment.

Craig Catto
Craig has enjoyed a variety of leadership roles including small and medium sized companies, corporate departments and international project teams delivering large budget projects to aggressive deadlines. As a consultant, Craig built partnerships and led consortia bidding for large government and commercial contracts.
Craig spent many years leading innovations in Digital Television and Broadband through times of significant change.
Craig agrees with John F. Kennedy that "Leadership and learning are indispensable to each other." Craig’s ‘affiliative’ leadership style has demonstrated that investing in people reaps significant rewards, and that the growth and development of people is the highest calling of leadership. And empowered people deliver great business results. This is why Craig joined Leadership Management UK.
Craig believes passionately in a balanced life as a father, and leads a team of 12 volunteers running a weekly kids club for 7 to 10 year olds.

Clive Mason
Clive has worked within Engineering and Service sectors mainly within a
Logistics environment.
Since the age of 21 his roles have been at managerial level incorporating
functions such as Operations, Customer Service, Purchasing, Sales, Project
Management and Human Resources. This has included managing change, facilitating
continuous improvement programmes and cost saving initiatives.
Clive has also been responsible for managing up to 120 staff, generating
sales of over £80 million, and implementing standards such as ISO 9002,
QS 9000, ISO 14001 and Investors in People.
To support work experience, academic qualifications include an MBA and a
Diploma in Business Excellence, which has contributed to broadening his
knowledge and understanding of business.
Clive.s interests include playing squash and supporting Birmingham City
Football Club.
