Andrew Peirce
Andrew graduated from Manchester University and has since gained over 20 years
Senior Management experience with well known companies Clarks Shoes, the LEGO
Group and Brandtex. During this time he developed expertise in Retail, Marketing,
Brand and Product Development, Sales, Licensing and Change Management.
He joined LMI-UK in 2004 since which time his breadth of knowledge and easy
and enthusiastic style has gained very positive feedback and results from his
varied clients.
Andrew has a firm belief that individuals should have fun and feel fulfilled
in what they do. He is keen on tennis, golf and hockey and is above all a dedicated
family man who practices his belief that we should all have a good work life
balance.
Andrew is a Fellow of the ISMM.

Mel Jones
Mel has over 30 years Senior Management experience in contracting and manufacturing industries, with companies including BICC, Dennis, Gates Corporation and Eaton Corporation.Mel’s expertise lies in People Management, Change Management and the implementation of Business Excellence. He is a strong advocate for achieving exceptional business performance through developing people to their maximum potential, enabling them to develop the unique systems and processes which will differentiate their business and provide a competitive edge.
Mel has an Engineering degree, a Diploma in Accounting and Finance and is a Fellow of Manufacturing Management at Cranfield University.
