Wendy FullerWendy has spent much of her career in the hospitality industry, where she initially worked in a number of operational and management roles, before becoming reponsible for managing Catering and Assessor training programmes. Wendy identified and introduced a number of changes to the programmes which saw candidate numbers increase by 400% Wendy then worked as an industry consultant, delivering a number of training programmes to the catering industry, and providing advice on operational issues to companies across Europe, before moving into the education sector to work for Scolarest where she was responsible for 19 contracts in the East of England. More recently, Wendy has spent nine years developing her knowledge and skills as a high school teacher where she helped to prepare young people for their eventual careers. Wendy lives in Milton Keynes with her dog, Ellie and 2 cats and spends as much time as possible with her adored Grandchildren. She is committed to assisting people to realise their potential and goals while at the same time achieving a work / life balance. |

Beverley GilbertBeverley has been involved in personal and professional development, education and training for over 16 years In this time she has been a coach, mentor, trainer, teacher, lecturer and training provider. Beverley is a committed advocate of personal and professional development and recognises the importance of valuing and enhancing the contributions and talents of all members of an organisation. It is LMI's commitment to unlocking the full potential of an individual that attracted Beverley to joining LMI-UK. Beverley has a degree in Law, Sociology, an MSc in The Sociology of Education and a Certificate of Education in Further Education. Beverley loves to spend quality time with her husband and 2 children and in her spare time she likes to play bass guitar and sings as part of a music group at her local church. Martin NorburyMartin joined LMI-UK in August 2010 after 20 years in the UK and European accident repair/motor claims industry operating at various senior management levels. Roger WaplingtonRoger was a Director with British Gas plc playing an active role in strategic development. He was also Director of Logistics and Human Resource Management in British Gas Energy Centres Ltd and Non-Executive Chairman of Cheltenham Renovators Ltd and acts as a consultant for Business Strategy, Business Development, Change Management, People Development and Customer Service.Roger is a Chartered Engineer and holds a Diploma in Management Studies. Judy WhitehouseJudy worked for Dixons Stores Group in a variety of training, business process improvement and systems development roles for over 10 years and then joined a US owned technology company, Elcom International, becoming their UK IT Manager and then Business Development Director. In 2002 she was part of a successful management buy-out of Elcom. Judy also has 5 years local government experience. Judy's wealth of experience covers IT, sales, sales admin, e-commerce, customer services, warehousing, configuration and distribution. With a background of leadership and business ownership, Judy has first hand knowledge of the issues addressed in the LMI programmes. The interest and support of some outstanding mentors and leaders throughout her career have been instrumental in Judy achieving business success and personal fulfilment. Her aim now is to help others to positively realise their full potential in every aspect of their lives. Judy lives in Buckinghamshire with her son. In her spare time she uses her leadership skills in the community as a School Governor and Parish Councillor. When not volunteering for something she can be found contentedly digging on her allotment or walking her dogs in the beautiful Chilterns countryside. |
