Anne Charmer
Anne has an excellent track record in sales and management working in both
the public and private sectors.
Following an early career in banking, Anne worked in FMCG sales rapidly
rising to a senior management role. In 1989 Anne joined Tatton Park, a National
Trust property administered by Cheshire Council, and had overall responsibility
for retail sales at this popular historic estate.
Anne practises and recognises the need for excellent motivational and communication
skills and is eager to assist others in developing the skills and attitudes
critical for successful personal leadership.

Michael Levy
Michael joined LMI-UK eight years ago following a career spanning 18 years
in the Lloyd.s and London Insurance Market. Whilst maintaining many insurance
clients, Michael has also worked with directors and managers from various
industries ranging from furniture to pharmaceuticals, from bioscience to
banking.
The relationship Michael develops with his clients leads to positive results
every time, because of the attitudes and commitments they adopt towards
their leadership and management development. This provides the soundest
of foundations for helping people to develop and use more of their potential.
Michael heads of team of associates that expands the range of experience
available to businesses in the Greater Manchester area.
To balance all of this, Michael has his wife and five children to thank.

Dr Mark J Nugent
Mark has 20 years experience in the chemical and pharmaceutical sectors, mostly with ICI and AstraZeneca. Originally a research scientist, he made an early decision to follow a commercial career. He has worked in sales, marketing and planning and held a number of senior business management positions before joining LMI-UK. As a result, he can offer his clients a wide range of management and leadership skill and experience.Mark has a keen interest in helping people to clarify their aims and generate an enduring motivation for change. Upon this foundation, he then assists in the development of the plans necessary to deliver his clients’ sustained success.
Mark is married with two children and lives in Cheshire.

Steve Greenup
Steve.s business experience has been gained working in IT and Telecommunication
companies. These service lead companies enabled him to work across market
sectors from Local Government and Further Education through IT, Telecomms,
Engineering, Retail and Finance. Working with such a variety of organisational
size and diversity of people Steve has amassed an invaluable experience
that he is able to now channel through Leadership Northwest.
Steve is professionally recognised by the Institute of Sales and Marketing
Management (ISMM) as a Fellow. In 2004 Steve qualified via the International
NLP Trainers Association (INLPTA) as a Certified Practitioner. More recently
via The Manchester Institute for Psychotherapy Steve has studied Transactional
Analysis, and gained his 101 Certificate.
