Alison Wells

Before joining LMI-UK, Alison was involved in the insurance industry working for a large company for over 26 years both in the UK and South Africa.

Alison held a variety of posts from branch department manager to head office development manager, which focused on customer service projects. She has also worked in sales and relationship management within an underwriting agency.

Over the past 15 years Alison has been involved with soft skills training such as negotiating, sales and relationship building. In South Africa she successfully facilitated a board game simulation on ‘how to run an Insurance Company’, which engaged 6 teams all competing against each other.

Alison is married to Bill and she enjoys outdoor activities such as golf, travel and wildlife.
