Helen Turner
Helen joined LMI-UK after working in the financial services industry for 27 years, having joined the the industry as a management trainee through many development opportunites reached position of UK Board Director of Lincoln Financial Group.
An exciting corporate career covering investments,capital markets and fund management; operations, running a unit trust company; strategy, business turnaround; business growth, bringing US concepts to UK; and sales and marketing, new products to new markets.
Working with teams both big and small, Helen recognises that everyone has the potential to succeed, what often holds them back is their lack of self belief and personal goals.
Helen lives in the Wye Valley with her four children.

Ashwin Patel
Ashwin is a Chartered Engineer with a broad range of Management and Leadership experience having spent 18 years working for an Automotive OEM.
His expertise lies in delivering large budget projects and new model introductions to extremely stringent quality and cost targets and has managed and developed several teams with varying levels of experience and backgrounds.
Steve Potiphar
Steve has 27 years successful experience in sales and senior sales leadership roles, primarily gained in the healthcare sector, but has also followed his passion for helping organisations achieve results through people by working as a training consultant and more recently as an accredited executive coach. He believes that results can be achieved through helping skills to be implemented in real work situations.
