Dean Horner
Dean has over 25 years of senior management experience in Sales, Marketing and Business Consultancy in Corporate and Asset Finance, Telecoms and Information Technology. During this time Dean has managed Sales Teams of up to 25 reports.
He has worked with several large global corporations such as Orange, Vodafone, GE Capital, PHH Vehicle Management and Lombard Business Finance.
Dean believes leadership in business is ultimately expressed in financial results continually seeking ways to increase revenues or reduce costs. By developing a winning edge, small differences in your performance can lead to large differences in your results. Leaders think and talk about solutions with a powerful force of a positive attitude, showing the way for others to follow. He considers that your outer world is a reflection of your inner world if you change your thinking, you change your life.
Dean’s favorite quotation is by the author Napoleon Hill, “Whatever the mind of man can conceive and believe, it can achieve.”
His personal mission and objective is to have an uplifting and positive impact with everybody I come in contact with, giving them the tools and empowerment to live a more prosperous and enriched life, whether at work or personally.
Dean is a Fellow of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management.
