Mel Jones

Mel has over 30 years Senior Management experience in contracting and manufacturing industries, with companies including BICC, Dennis, Gates Corporation and Eaton Corporation.

Mel’s expertise lies in People Management, Change Management and the implementation of Business Excellence. He is a strong advocate for achieving exceptional business performance through developing people to their maximum potential, enabling them to develop the unique systems and processes which will differentiate their business and provide a competitive edge.

Mel has an Engineering degree, a Diploma in Accounting and Finance and is a Fellow of Manufacturing Management at Cranfield University.
