Michael Clarke
Michael works with local SMEs and blue chip organisations throughout Northern Ireland. He has extensive related experience in the field of people and organisational development, which have impacted directly bottom-line profits.
Michael previously led a private University based in the Sultanate of Oman (which realised a net profit ratio of 51%) and prior to this was Director of Oldham Business Management School. He was involved in project managing a multi-million pound initiative to raise the competitiveness levels of over 150 companies in the Greater Manchester area.
His work has received national recognition from the current Prime Minister, the Right Honourable, Gordon Brown, MP. He has had over 14 years experience in developing, delivering and measuring management and leadership programmes to the private sector. Michael has worked in British Steel PLC, Motorola and for Masstock International in the Middle-East. Michael has a Degree in Business Studies, an MBA and a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing. He is also a member of the Irish Sales Institute.
Michael currently is a Board Member of Age Concern (NI) and serves as a
Committee Member of the Membership and Professional Development Committee
in the IoD (NI). He is a preferred supplier for Invest
Northern Ireland and supports DEL and MLN in Leadership and Management
development.
