Ray King is the Managing Director of the Leadership Management International - UK. They provide leadership and management development within all market sectors and for all sizes of business. Ray not only runs the business from a hands-on perspective but also personally coaches several clients on a one-on-one basis or in small groups. He has also overseen the rapid growth of LMI-UK over the last 10 years simply because of LMI-UK’s focus on ‘Business Performance Improvement through People’.In the early stages of his career, Ray spent over 20 years overseas in senior management positions. His experiences in South Africa, Hong Kong and Australia taught him the value of people and that the key to any successful business is with getting business people to think and behave in more productive and effective ways, as leaders, as managers and as individuals.
Ray King has been a vanguard of the business world for the majority of his career; it is his knowledge and experience in all aspects of commerce that makes him an ideal role model during the development process when clients are navigating the turbulent waters of the business world.
