Leadership into the 21st Century – a powerful leadership insight to the NI Business Community
Over 110 business leaders attended a luncheon event organised by Michael Clarke, Northern Ireland Regional Director for LMI-UK, and the Northern Ireland Chamber of Commerce and Industry, which took place on the 28th January. The main speaker of the event was Merlyn Beeman (Vice-President of the world-class leadership and people development organisation - Leadership Management® International) who traveled from the USA to address the audience on the theme “Leadership into the 21st Century”. Delegates gained a powerful insight into leadership challenges and learnt one or two concepts to apply into their own organisations. Leadership Management® UK has been operating in Northern Ireland since 2006 and has been helping local NI companies achieve an edge in their businesses. They have recently been approved as a supplier for people solutions for Invest NI clients and leadership and management development activities for the CITB NI and DEL NI.
