Getting the Balance Right

Eight of the Sales and Marketing team from Starkey UK have just completed working on the Effective Selling Strategies programme with North West Programme Director, Anne Charmer.

As part of their Course End Evaluation the team decided to test their physical skills and endurance at the Go Ape Experience in Delamere Forest. Getting the work/life balance is important and the Starkey team would acknowledge the fact that climbing trees, crossing rope bridges and sliding across high wires is a perfect way to let off steam, experience the adrenalin rush and celebrate success.

Neil Pottinger, UK Sales and Marketing Manager commented that the experience at Delamere provided an element of challenge which stretched all of the team. With regards to the Effective Selling Strategies programme Neil said: "The course content is well structured and aided by clear summary and practical outcomes. The content and style of the course has been very well organised – this has helped to generate lively debate and encouraged thinking."
