Michael specialises in business performance improvement through the development of people and since joining LMI UK in Feb 1999 has worked with literally hundreds of clients to help them achieve measurable and tangible results that enhanced their personal and professional success.
Michael has extensive experience in coaching, facilitating and mentoring all aspects of Leadership, Management, Sales and Team development. Working from Senior Director level to first line manager, his clients are in Professional services, IT, telecoms, education, media, manufacturing and public sectors.
Michael runs series of workshops and breakfast events throughout the year and his business mission is to deliver a tangible return on investment and measurable results to businesses in the North West of England region.
