Mark Ball joined LMI-UK after spending almost 30 years running his own specialist enclosure business. During this time he excelled in providing top-class security enclosure solutions to high profile international companies, public bodies and numerous government departments throughout the UK.In addition to the leadership and motivational skills he has successfully employed growing his own business, Mark also has over 14 years of sports coaching experience and is currently the Lead coach to the U15's at Bath Youth Rugby.
Mark now brings these two areas of expertise to his LMI Programmes, combining effective business motivational techniques with elite-sport model approaches. Whether he is working one-to-one, or in a group environment, Mark provides a variety of performance improvement services which include personal and leadership development, confidence building, self-image improvement and goal setting.
