This theme is Leading and Winning and will include open debate and discussion on the challenges facing business in today’s very turbulent times as well as offering insight as to possible leadership solutions and critical success factors for business in 2009. The Leadership Lunch is a NOT TO BE MISSED premiere business event exclusively for business owners, leaders and senior executives. It provides a forum of mutual trust and respect to share and discuss topical issues and is hosted by Mark Tonks and Chris Williams, LMI-UK Regional Directors. |

For twenty two years Melanie has successfully worked in the world’s top hotels and with leading blue-chip companies like IBM, Accenture, HBSC, MasterCard, KPMG, Hewlett and Packard, BP, Kier, Samsung, BT, Chrysler, Volvo and BMW. Setting Standards Worldwide is committed to creating and establishing a measurable universal Standard for People Skills that will be recognised and practised across the service industry. Melanie will be both presenting and conducting an interactive session on First Impressions - crucial in developing new business as well as retaining existing clients. |

The event will take place in the Fotherley Suite of Aston Wood Golf Club, Sutton Coldfield, B74 4EU. Join us for refreshments and an opportunity to network from 11.45am. The event will start promptly at 12.15pm and close at 2.30pm. A full Christmas lunch will be served with mince pies for desert. There is a charge of £20+VAT per person for attending this event, which includes a hot meal and refreshments. Payment must be completed online after submitting your booking form. The Fotherley Suite will be available until 5.00pm should anyone wish to remain behind to conduct meetings or simply to meet and talk. |
