This event is entitled Goal Setting and Motivation. Goal setting is a very powerful technique that can improve all areas of your life. The process of establishing targets allows you to choose where you want to go in life. By knowing precisely what you want to achieve, you know what you have to concentrate on and improve, and how to identify what is merely a distraction. Now in its 5th year the Leadership Lunch is a great forum for gaining knowledge and insight from fellow business professionals. It is a NOT TO BE MISSED premiere business event exclusively for business owners, leaders and senior executives. The Leadership Lunch provides a forum to share and discuss topical issues and is hosted by Mark Tonks, an LMI-UK Regional Director. |

| There will be a an unmissable presentation by former international athlete, James Hillier. James won a silver medal in the 4 x 400m relay at the 2002 Commonwealth Games and is also Welsh Champion over the 100m and 400m hurdles. He is now Director of Quidos, a nationwide professional property and energy services agency in Solihull, and will be speaking about what it takes to excel in athletics and the similarities to challenges in business. |

The event will take place in the Fotherley Suite of Aston Wood Golf Club, Sutton Coldfield, B74 4EU. Join us for refreshments and an opportunity to network from 11.45am. The event will start promptly at 12.15pm and close at 2.30pm. There is a charge of £20+VAT per person for attending this event, which includes a hot meal and refreshments. Payment must be completed online after submitting your booking form. The Fotherley Suite will be available until 5.00pm should anyone wish to remain behind to conduct meetings or simply to meet and talk. |
