and will take place on Wednesday 25th May 2011 at Ramada Birmingham North, Cannock (map and information) hosted by Mark Tonks, LMI-UK Regional Director, and supported by Nick Howes and Simon Tulitt, LMI-UK Associate Directors.

As the world of business has changed and evolved, the need for effective leaders has skyrocketed. For businesses to become truly empowering and innovative enterprises, they must develop leaders throughout the organization. In fact, the organization of the future is an organization where everyone is a leader. .Principal Speaker  

Our principal speaker is Phil Ryan. Phil is Deputy CEO & Director of The Management Centre at the University of Wales, the UK's No 1 University for Banking & Finance providing executive education and professional development. He is as ala non exec Director of Turkish Bank UK. Phil spent several years as head of branches and sales at West Bromwich Building Society during which time they won awards for being one of the top 100 companies to work for in the UK. In addition to his business achievements Phil is a qualified NLP practioner, a member of the Professional Speakers Association and if that's not enough he is a student of Kung Fu too. Phil will be sharing his experiences and ideas on leadership, of himself, his people and his business. Definitely someone to be listened to and not messed with!

The event will take place at Ramada Birmingham North, Cannock (map and information). Join us for refreshments and an opportunity to network from 11.45am. The event will start promptly at 12.15pm and close at 2.30pm.

There is a charge of £25+VAT per person for attending this event, which includes hot lunch and refreshments. Payment must be completed online after submitting your booking form.
