Today 95% of all LMI-UK clients and participants are coached and facilitated through our various LMI programmes at their own place of work. This offers our clients a convenient and cost effective way to development key managers and leaders as actual down-time is limited.

However, there are many companies with smaller premises, limited number of employees, or individuals who want first to evaluate the LMI process in a practical manner. LMI-UK have developed an open course entitled The Leadership Forum specifically for these people and these are held regularly at various locations and dates around the UK.

There really is no substitute for participative learning in small groups facilitated by an expert Programme Director and that is what we promise to deliver.

Participants of the Leadership Forum will be guided through an Effective Personal Productivity® programme, which specialises in helping individuals to improve their ability to plan, organise and make use of their day more effectively. It is designed for those with existing management responsibilities, from first line managers to senior directors, who also want to develop as an individual, achieve goals and enjoy greater success.

By learning about a powerful goal setting process, participants can improve their communication, time management and delegation skill. At the same time, they find out about how to empower others and increase team productivity. The methods and techniques taught are a valuable resource for developing existing skills and reinforcing productive attitudes.
