NACCO Materials Handling Group designs, engineers, manufactures and sells a comprehensive line of lift trucks and aftermarket parts marketed globally under the Hyster® and Yale® brand names Lift trucks and component parts are manufactured in the United States, Northern Ireland, Scotland, The Netherlands, China, Italy, Japan, Mexico, the Philippines and Brazil.

Hugh McGhee manages Irvine Manufacturing Plant that manufacture and ship 7000 electric counterbalanced fork lift trucks annually and reports to the Vice President Manufacturing Europe, Middle East, and Africa.

Hugh is currently steering the activities of the Local Leadership Team as the plant goes through downsizing and closure of Irvine manufacturing, which will take effect during 2009, while continuing to ensure quality standards are maintained through phase down period.
