Can we work one on one?
Most certainly should it be your preferred choice.
Do you tailor the courses for each client?
The programmes provide a framework within which you as the participant apply the necessary ideas to suit your needs and objectives. We have worked these programmes to great success in the public and private sectors and in markets such as IT, Insurance, Automotive, Communications, Retail, Engineering, Transport, Pharmaceuticals, Medical, Recruitment, Leisure, Education, Hotels, Banking to a few.
What happens if I can't make one of the coaching sessions?
No problem. We just re schedule a one on one catch up session or alternatively conduct a coaching session via the telephone. It.s not ideal but it helps prevent participants slipping behind.
