This programme is dedicated to personal development. In fact it is LMI's only non-business related programme. Designed to explore the potential for personal leadership and individual growth, it helps people to realise their full potential.

Participants of Effective Personal Leadership® 8 work with an experienced LMI-UK director on a one-to-one basis over a number of months.
