"When Rex Walden first presented the LMI concept and process to us 18 months ago I acknowledged, based on my experience in education, that you were describing the ideal format and methodology for effective learning. Since the original pilot with 8 staff, through all the subsequent groups, that has proved to be the case.
In the course end presentations the delegates have demonstrated they have learnt new skills and strategies to enable them to deal with very demanding roles and, without exception, they have expressed high levels of satisfaction with the Effective Personal Productivity programme content, format and delivery.
Perhaps even more significant is that their line managers have commented, very positively, on enduring changes in effectiveness, attitudes and outputs from the staff that have completed the programme.
I very much hope that LMI-UK are allowed the opportunity to share the LMI concept and process with other parts of the Public Sector – I have no doubt they will benefit, as we have, from the experience.”
