"The LMI Effective Personal Productivity programme I was guided through by Miriam McCallum was just perfect. My Managing Director had identified that I needed to move from being a Manager to a Leader – but what did this mean and how on earth was I going to do that? I had been working in the same way for years! As a task/results orientated person by nature, this particular programme forced me initially to look at the way I worked, to assess my personal goals, the way I spent my time and to work out what my high payoff activities are. From there on, it all clicked into place for me. Spending two hours a day in my car listening to the CDs was a good use of my time and very motivational.
"The best part of the programme however was the time spent with Miriam where, with her wealth of knowledge on the theories of management and leadership and her understanding of people and what makes them tick, she was able to support, help and guide me through the programme to the point where I was referring to myself as ‘The New Leader’! Understanding the theories and then practicing applying them with that support proved a great way to learn and above all, has given me renewed confidence. Dealing with people and solving problems now seem easier than before.
