Alison is a self motivated self starter with a natural ability to turn opportunities and ideas into successful outcomes. Alison is passionate about making a difference and throughout her career has pursued personal and professional development and successfully helped and mentored many others to achieve personal and professional growth.

Alison’s professional experience spans the private, public and charitable sector holding local, regional and head office roles in the West Midlands, South East and City of London. Throughout her career Alison’s pursuit of personal and professional development has ensured a broad range of knowledge, skills and experience and a thorough understanding of how large and small organisations and their discrete functions work. These include operations, customer service, sales and sales support, project and change management, training, recruitment and reward and recognition. Alison has held a number of leadership and management positions and is experienced in forming, building and leading successful teams. She is a strong advocate of the value and importance of individual contribution to the team and wider organisational goals.

Alison believes that with encouragement, guidance and support everybody has the potential to achieve. She believes that LMI UKs unique products and methodology provide an accessible route to personal and professional growth for people at all levels within an organisation.
